It is free, it is yours to keep, and there is no pressure to move forward afterward.

Why we built it

Most roofing estimates give you a number and not much else. We wanted homeowners to actually understand the condition of their roof and what is driving the cost, so we put together a report that documents everything we find in one place.

QuickMeasure measurements

We use precise digital measurement tools to calculate the exact size and pitch of your roof, so the number you get reflects your actual roof rather than a rough estimate.

Weatherhub Property Report

This pulls local weather and storm history for your specific property, which is useful context if you are also dealing with an insurance claim.

Inspection photos and video

We document the roof with photos and video, including drone footage when possible, so you can see exactly what we saw instead of taking our word for it.

Roof health score and ventilation calculator

We assign your roof a health score based on its condition, and we calculate whether your attic ventilation meets recommended levels, since poor ventilation shortens the life of any roofing material in Florida's heat and humidity.

Warranty and financing information

The report also outlines GAF Silver Pledge warranty details where applicable, along with financing options through Regions Bank, including 9 month same-as-cash financing at 0% interest.
