Once you request an estimate, the next step is scheduling a free on-site inspection at a time that works for you.

We build your Roof Pack(Edge) Report

During the inspection, we measure the roof, take photos and video, and assess the deck and ventilation. All of it goes into your Roof Pack(Edge) Report, which includes a roof health score and financing options.

We review it with you

We walk through the report with you, explain what we found, and give you pricing options based on the material and warranty level you are considering. You keep the report regardless of whether you decide to hire us.

You decide next steps

There is no pressure to sign anything on the spot. If you decide to move forward, we handle permitting and scheduling from there. If you need time, that is fine too.
