What Roofing Warranties Do You Offer?

The Roof Pack offers a manufacturer-backed lifetime material warranty and a 10-year manufacturer-backed workmanship warranty, both transferable to a new owner if you sell. As a GAF certified contractor we can also offer the GAF Silver Pledge, plus an unlimited wind warranty with no hurricane exclusions on qualifying GAF shingle systems.

Two separate warranties, working together

A roof warranty is really two different promises. One covers the shingles or materials themselves against manufacturing defects. The other covers the labor, meaning how the roof was actually installed. It is important to have both, because a material defect and an installation error are different problems with different fixes.

Lifetime material warranty

Roofs we install come with a manufacturer-backed lifetime material warranty. If the shingles themselves have a manufacturing defect, that warranty is what protects you.

10-year workmanship warranty

On top of the material coverage, we back our labor with a manufacturer-backed 10-year workmanship warranty. If something was installed incorrectly, this is what covers the fix.

Transferable if you sell your home

Both warranties are transferable. If you sell your home while coverage is still active, the new owner inherits the protection, which is a genuine selling point when it is time to list.

GAF Silver Pledge and wind coverage

The Roof Pack is a GAF certified contractor, which means eligible installs can qualify for the GAF Silver Pledge warranty, a stronger tier of protection backed directly by the manufacturer. On qualifying GAF shingle systems, we also offer an unlimited wind warranty with no hurricane exclusions, which matters in a market where wind damage is one of the most common reasons roofs fail early.

What warranties do not cover

No warranty replaces your homeowners insurance policy, and coverage terms always vary by policy, carrier, and claim. Warranties address defects in material or workmanship, not every possible cause of roof damage, so it still matters to maintain your roof and address storm damage promptly.
