What Is The Roof Pack Installation Process?
Our installation process starts with a free inspection and Roof Pack(Edge) Report, moves through material selection and permitting, then tear-off and installation, and ends with a cleanup and final walkthrough. You have one point of contact the entire way.
Step 1: Inspection and Roof Pack(Edge) Report
Every project starts with a free inspection. We measure the roof, check the deck and ventilation, take photos and video, and put it all into your Roof Pack(Edge) Report so you can see the actual condition of your roof, not a guess.
Step 2: Material selection and pricing
Once we know the roof's condition, we walk you through material options and pricing, including financing if that is useful. This is where you decide on shingle, tile, or metal based on your budget and goals.
Step 3: Permitting
We pull the required permits with your local county before any work begins. This keeps the project compliant with Florida building code, which matters for both safety and resale value.
Step 4: Tear-off and installation
On installation day, the crew removes the old roofing material, inspects and repairs the deck as needed, then installs the new system according to manufacturer specifications so your warranties stay valid.
Step 5: Cleanup and final walkthrough
We clean the property, run a magnetic sweep for nails, and walk the finished roof with you so you know exactly what was done and what warranties apply.
