Do You Work With Insurance Claims?
Yes, we support the insurance claims process by inspecting your roof, documenting damage with detailed photos and video, and meeting your adjuster on site to point out what we found. We do not adjust claims, negotiate settlements, or guarantee any coverage outcome, since that is entirely between you and your insurance carrier. Our job is to make sure the roof's actual condition is clearly documented.
What we do
When you call us about storm damage, we come out and do a full inspection, including drone photos when possible, and put together clear documentation of everything we find. If you have an adjuster appointment scheduled, we can meet them at the property and walk the roof together, pointing out damage that might otherwise get missed in a quick walk-through.
What we do not do
We are not insurance adjusters and we do not work for your carrier or against them. We cannot tell you what your deductible is, approve a claim, or promise that a specific repair or replacement will be covered. Every policy is different, and coverage depends on your specific carrier, deductible, and how the adjuster assesses the claim. Anyone who guarantees you a payout before an adjuster has even seen the roof is not being straight with you.
Why documentation matters so much
Adjusters see a lot of roofs in a short time, especially after a widespread storm. Detailed, dated photos and video from someone who was actually up on the roof helps make sure nothing gets overlooked. It does not guarantee an outcome, but it gives your claim the best possible information to work from.
If your claim gets approved
If your carrier approves repair or replacement, we can walk you through the scope of work, materials, and timeline, and we are GAF certified with manufacturer-backed warranties available. If a claim is denied or only partially approved, we can talk through your options honestly, including what a repair or replacement would cost out of pocket.
